Well done Ian. I like it, but... it looks little-bit like film poster:D Maybe better- it will attract people attention more.
I'd agree with Alex there, very nicely done but it does really look like an ad for a film. Also, maybe center your brother's head on the crossbar of the T more, it's a little to the left.
